The hotel rooms were spotless and equipped with everything you'd need, like a fridge, armchairs, changing table, and even hand sanitizer. However, the rooms were very small, and there was only a king bed option available. The staff was very friendly and greeted me by my name with a personalized approach. The location was excellent, with a huge shopping mall directly across the street, perfect for visitors. The dining experience was great, with globally inspired dishes. The facilities were top-notch, offering a range of services.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from a huge shopping mall linked by a bridge. The rooms, although very clean and comfortable, can be small and lack a view. The service is top-notch, especially Marcos in charge of the pool and Spa. However, the location can be noisy due to the nearby loud music from another establishment. The dining experience is exceptional, with delicious pupusas and tortillas made on the spot.

My stay at the hotel was truly comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and provided beautiful views. The large room came with good quality linens and towels, a powerful shower, a comfortable bed, and strong wifi. However, the noise from the adjacent hotel playing loud music was a bit disturbing. Overall, a great experience.
